SEALED BIDS FOR ELECTRONIC RECLOSERS AND APPURTENANCES (MATERIAL ONLY) will be received by the General Manager of the City of Holly Springs Utility Department at the Holly Springs Utility Department located at 1050 East Salem Avenue, Holly Springs, Mississippi 38635 until 2:00 P.M. local time on Thursday the 29th Day of January 2026, and immediately thereafter will be publicly opened and read.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Specifications and bidding documents may be examined at the office of the Commission at the address stated above or are available via digital copy. Plan holders are required to register and order bid documents at www.atwellandgentprojects.com. Bid documents are nonrefundable and must be purchased through the website. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. SUBMITTAL OF SEALED BIDS: Each bid must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions to bidders which are bound in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.

SUBMITTAL OF ELECTRONIC BIDS: Electronic bids may be submitted through the website www.atwellandgentprojects.com. Electronic bids are not required by the City of Holly Springs but offered as another means to submit a bid.

The Mayor and City Council of the City of Holly Springs, Mississippi expressly reserve the right to reject any or all bids submitted and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein.

No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
