Sealed Bids will be received by the Yalobusha General Hospital and Nursing Home in the Board Room at, 606 South Main Street, Water Valley, Mississippi, 38965 until 1:00 p.m. on January 30, 2026, for the Project known as:

Plan Holders are required to register and order bid documents at www.phbidding.com Bid documents must be purchased through the website. Proposal shall be submitted on Bid Forms provided with the specifications. Bids may be submitted in person or, for those interested, bids can be electronically submitted at www.phbidding.com under the project name. No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or e-mail proposals will be considered. The current Certificate of Responsibility Number of the bidder shall appear on the outside of each sealed envelope containing a proposal, said envelope being plainly marked “PROPOSAL FOR: Yalobusha General Hospital and Nursing Home West Wing Boiler Replacement(s)”.

Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in an amount equal to 5% of the bid, payable to the Yalobusha General Hospital and Nursing Home as bid security. A Payment and Performance Bond and Builders Risk Insurance in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price shall be required of the successful bidder.

All eligible Section 3 businesses are encouraged to submit a proposal. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest, best and acceptable bidder, except that the Yalobusha General Hospital and Nursing Home reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and to reject any and all bids. A pre-bid meeting has been set for January 16, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the Yalobusha General Hospital and Nursing Home Board Room, 606 South Main Street, Water Valley, Mississippi, 38965.
