The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi will receive sealed bids for the following project:

City of Oxford Stone Center Park Pickleball Courts Project.

Qualified bidders may submit bids as described in this document. Submit bids according to the Instructions to Bidders. The State of Mississippi applicable laws and regulations shall govern submittal, opening, and award of bids. Owner: City of Oxford. Architect: Beard + Riser Architects, 662.455. 2581.

Project consists of construction of (26) new pickleball courts, 2 new parking lots, and new restroom building at Stone Park. Bids will be received for a single prime General Contract (all trades). The Mayor and Board of Aldermen will receive sealed lump sum bids until 2 p.m. CST on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 107 Courthouse Square, Oxford, MS 38655. Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

The Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows: bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. A Pre bid conference for all bidders will be held at 107 Courthouse Square on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. CST.

Prospective prime bidders are encouraged to attend. The Architect will provide responses at Pre bid conference to bidders' questions received up to two business days prior to conference. Obtain Contract Documents at www.oxfordmsbids.com. Online access will be provided to all registered bidders. Bidders must be properly licensed under State of Mississippi laws. A Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Insurance will be required of the successful Bidder.
