Unpriced Proposals subject to the conditions and provisions presented herein for One (1) Cargo Van and One (1) Passenger Van or SUV will be received until 2:00 PM, local time, on August 28, 2025, by the Picayune School District. Unpriced proposals will be reviewed, and vendors meeting the specification requirements will be invited to participate in the online reverse auction on August 29, 2025, at 10:00 am. Unpriced proposals shall be submitted electronically at https://www.picayuneschoolsbids.com/. No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or e-mail proposals will be considered. All electronic bids shall be submitted as ONE (1) PDF document.

Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in whole by the Picayune School District. This procurement will be subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated.
